This policy explains how Artizanni Business Services Ltd (RC 1065469), No 30 Anthony Enahoro Street, Utako, Abuja, FCT, Nigeria (“we”), the data controller for Vigilens and its sister brands Buildocrat, Yellowmetal and Vigilens, handles personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and guidance of the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
Details you give us through enquiry forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, phone number, email, location of your site or property, and details of your request. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and deliver services (steps prior to a contract / contract), with your consent where you tick the consent box, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records.
Our forms do not store data on this website. When you submit, your message opens in WhatsApp (operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta) or your email app, and you choose whether to send it. WhatsApp's own privacy policy then applies to that transmission.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with staff and service providers who need it to serve you (for example installers or messaging providers), or where required by law. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria with appropriate safeguards as required by the NDPA.
Enquiries that do not become business are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept as long as required for the contract and legal obligations (generally up to 6 years for financial records).
Under the NDPA you may request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at aec@artizanniltd.com or 0803 920 4361. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
This site is served over HTTPS. We restrict access to personal data to authorised staff.
Vigilens camera footage is processed on behalf of the customer who rents the cameras. Customers are responsible for appropriate signage and lawful use of cameras on their premises.
We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
